The 2026 conference promises to create an environment that provides Food & Beverage Leaders from the amusement and attractions industry a place to build new relationships, share new experiences, learn industry insights and expertise while simultaneously sharing all of Dollywood Parks & Resorts, the Herschend Leading with Love culture, the local community and the beautiful Smoky Mountain region.

This conference is curated specifically and exclusively for food & beverage leaders within amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, entertainment and eatertainment venues, attractions, museums and related venues. To maintain a highly relevant, peer-to-peer driven environment, attendance is limited and registration is not open to food manufacturers, food brokers, restaurant chains or franchise groups, or vendor organizations.
